How do I pay my invoices?

For the time being, we use Paypal for receiving subscription fees. After signing up, you will receive an email with payment instructions. If you want to keep on using Holiday after the 30-day free trial, you need to make the first payment before the trial period is over. You will receive the same email every month as long as you are using Holiday.

How do we cancel our account?

Yes, you can export listings of both your travel products and you bookings. Exports are in Microsoft Excel format, allowing for easy input into other tools.

Can we upgrade or downgrade our account? What does it cost? How do we do that?

We allow for unlimited upgrades and downgrades, all free of charges. Simply navigate to "My Account" and either upgrade or downgrade. Your account will adjusted instantly, and you will be billed accordingly the next month. Upgrades or downgrades can only be performed by admin users.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

New customers sign up for any account free of charge. After the signup process has been completed, they will receive an email with payments instructions. If the new user would like to keep on using Holiday, those instructions need to be followed within 30 days after registration.

Can we change our Holiday URL?

Yes, simply navigate to "My Account", and choose a new domain name.

How does your refund policy work?

Usage of Holiday is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every 30 days for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

Can we pay for your services a year in advance?

You can pay monthly, or in one lump sum for as many months in advance as you'd like. Once you've signed up you can set up the lump sum payment on your Account page. Invoices are automatically emailed to the account owner every time you are charged.
