How do I export my products?

Simply navigate to "Bookings" and click the "Download List" button.

 

When I click the button "Add Booking(s)", I end up on the "Travel" page. Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct. Bookings are created on the "Travel" page. Simply click the calendar icon and enter your booking.

 

Can I enter bookings myself? How do I do this?

Yes, you can. Simply navigate to "travel" and click the small calendar icon for the product for which you would like to create a booking.

 

In the list with bookings, some bookings show a yellow square on the left. What does this mean?

When there is a yellow square displayed left on a booking, this indicates that the booking has either been created in during the last seven days or has been altered during the last seven days.

 

What kind of different statuses can a booking have and what do they mean?

There are three different statuses for bookings entered by an agent:

  1. Booked: the booked has been entered but the agent hasn't been invoiced for this booking yet.
  2. Invoiced: the agent has been invoiced for this booking, but the invoice hasn't been marked as paid yet.
  3. Paid: the invoice has paid.

 

For some bookings it says "N.A." under "Agent", what does this mean?

When "N.A." is displayed under "Agent", this means the booking in question is a direct booking and it doesn't come from any of your agents (N.A. stands for "not applicable").

 

Why can I not change personal details for a booking?

The source of a booking is the owner of the personals details for a booking. Only the owner of this data is allowed to alter it. In case a booking has been made by an agent, only the agent can alter the personal details connected to this booking. In case of a direct booking, only the customer is allowed to alter the personal details connected to his or her booking.

 

When I try to change the start date for a booking, I get some error message? Why is this?

Up until one month before the reservation date, only the source of the booking is allowed to alter the reservation date. Within one month before a reservation date, only the travel supplier is allowed to alter the reservation date.

 

I am having trouble locating a specific booking, can you help me?

For locating specific bookings, we suggest you use Holiday's advanced search function: click "Advanced search" next to the search field on the "Bookings" page.
